This wine is a lovely intense brick red colour, with dark purple hues. Spicy ripe berry aromas dominate the bouquet. The palate is medium bodied rich and soft with toasty coconut flavours and sweet American Oak tannins on the finish. This wine has been stored in American Oak barrels for 12 months.

Food Match: Roast Beef, Game and Pork Dishes. Also strong-bodied Cheese.

Cellaring: A lovely drop now or cellar for up to 8 years or more.
